The spirit of Halloween came to Colégio Novo da Maia in the most hauntingly delightful way, being a party prepared by the educational team with a lot of dedication. This year was no exception. The party began on October 26th and lasted until October 31st, involving all the scholar levels.
On October 26th, the school gym, inspired by the colors and shapes of Harry Potter’s movie, gave way to a dance floor for students from 2nd Cycle to Secondary Education. The decorations, nothing short of impressive, music and costumes provided a remarkable moment for educational community. As the night ended, it was clear that the Halloween party was a night where fear and fun blended seamlessly.
On the 30th and 31st it was the turn of the 1st Cycle and Kindergarten, respectively. The lovingly scary costumes and activities prepared by teachers and educators promoted a lively and different day. Amongst games, lab experiences, stories, dancing and themed snacks, there were several moments of conviviality that left everyone with chilled smiles. From witches to skeletons, everyone chose the “sweetest” character to perform throughout the day.
