This week, our school is thrilled to host the Calliope Theatre Company for an unforgettable English Theatre Week!
From the magical tale of Jack and the Beanstalk to the adventurous quest in The Lost Treasure of Tortuga, and the dramatic intensity of Macbeth, these plays have been thoughtfully tailored to match the English proficiency of our students – from our curious 5-year-olds to our talented secondary-level learners.
These interactive performances are much more than just entertainment. They provide our students with an incredible opportunity to engage with real English in meaningful and exciting contexts. By immersing themselves in the art of storytelling, students are exploring the language in a fun and creative way, while strengthening their communication skills through a didactic and dynamic approach.
We are excited to see our students laugh, learn, and be inspired by this unique blend of education and theatre. A huge thanks to Calliope Theatre for bringing their creativity and expertise to our school!
